Following the campus guidelines for Coronavirus all UC Davis classes, lectures, seminars, labs and discussion sections will move to virtual instruction and remain virtual through the end of fall quarter 2020, including final exams. Silvia Gruner in conversation with Tarek Elhaik

On February 20th 2019, the Arts Research Center at UC Berkeley featured a talk with Silvia Gruner, followed by a conversation with Tarek Elhaik

Silvia Gruner lives and works in Mexico City. She has always worked in diverse media such as film, video, photography, painting, performance and art installations. Her work establishes intimate and personal relationships with art and tradition, recontextualizing them within contemporary artistic dilemmas, social and historical contexts, and public spaces.

Tarek Elhaik is an associate Professor of Anthropology at UC Davis
